Terms of Service
These terms are a working draft for Perfect Pools Services cc to review and confirm before publication. They describe the basis on which pool cleaning, maintenance and repair services are provided.
Quotations
Quotations follow an on-site assessment and remain valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
Scheduling and access
Service visits follow an agreed weekly, fortnightly or custom schedule. Safe access to the pool, plant room and a water supply is required. Visits missed due to inaccessible property may be charged.
Chemicals and consumables
Routine chemicals are included in maintenance programmes unless stated otherwise. Filter media, parts and equipment are quoted separately.
Repairs
Repairs are undertaken only with the client's approval. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty; workmanship is warranted for 30 days from completion.
Payment
Invoices are issued monthly and are payable on the terms stated on the invoice.
Cancellation
Maintenance programmes may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice from either party.
